Daniel was born in Barcelona in 1962 and studied Graphic Design at the Massana School, where he now works part time as a senior lecturer of Illustration as well as in the Graduate Course of Art and Design organized by the Universitat Autònoma of Barcelona.

Daniel is also a freelance illustrator, working in press, advertising and book publishing. Daniel has illustrated severak books for children and young readers and part of his work has been exhibited in several cities such as: Rome, Milan, Cagliari, Caracas, Bologna, Mexico F.D, Barcelona, Lleida…

Daniel is also a musician and a composer. He is a founding member of a music group called Túrnez & Sesé. Túrnez & Sesé have released six CDs published by Picap. www.myspace.com/turnezisese
